Position Overview: This position supports the
MarineCorps Installations Command (MCICOM) Facilities Directorate as a Senior Compliance Analyst, providing Facilities Operations & Maintenance Compliance Support. This role supports the Senior Compliance Analyst in collecting, organizing, and analyzing third-party provider performance data; maintaining compliance tracking systems; and drafting compliance evaluation and Preventive Maintenance (PM) documentation for Government review. This role performs their duties primarily off-site, with regular on-site touchpoints at the Pentagon or Quantico, as directed.

Job Type: Full-time/Exempt
Location: Quantico, VA, with duties primarily off-site with regular on-site touchpoints at the Pentagon or MCB Quantico, VA, as directed
Anticipated Start Date: Fall 2026
Position Responsibilities: - Gather and compile third-party service provider execution data, inspection records, and performance reports to support compliance evaluations
- Maintain compliance evaluation tracking databases, ensuring accurate status records across all active service contracts in the GF portfolio
- Draft service contract compliance evaluation reports and PM work plans under the direction of the Senior Analyst
- Track equipment warranties and maintenance schedules; flag upcoming expirations and maintenance windows for Senior Analyst review
- Coordinate data requests with installation facility managers and synthesize inputs into structured reporting products
Requirements
Position Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business, engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, O&M support, or DoW installations
- Familiarity with DoW facility operations and maintenance standards and service contract performance monitoring
- Strong organizational and data management skills; proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and standard reporting tools
- Active Secret clearance required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoW Common Access Card (CAC); active Secret clearance (or interim Secret at minimum) required at the start of performance and maintained for the duration of the contract
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Prior experience supporting MCICOM, NAVFAC, or Marine Corps installations programs
