The OpportunityAdobe's Digital GTM & Sales team drives the end-to-end performance of our digital business - and this role sits at the center of it! As a Senior Strategy & Operations Lead, you will be a trusted strategic partner to leadership, helping shape how we think about the business, identify the highest-leverage opportunities for growth, and translate insight into action at speed.
This is a role for someone who thinks like a consultant and operates like an owner. You'll bring a structured lens to complex business questions - whether that's diagnosing what's driving a performance trend, evaluating a strategic bet, or stress-testing a quarterly plan. At the same time, you'll roll up your sleeves to ensure the operating rhythms and planning processes that keep the business running are reliable and continuously improving. You'll be partnering with sales, marketing, finance, and regional teams and the key connective tissue between strategy and execution.

What You'll DoBusiness Performance & Strategic Insight
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership- framing the right questions, building the analytical foundation, and driving toward actionable recommendations.
- Monitor and synthesize business performance across the digital funnel; identify emerging trends, surface risks and opportunities, and communicate findings with executive-level clarity.
- Translate complex business problems into structured frameworks that drive alignment and enable faster, better decisions.
Planning, Prioritization & Operating Rhythm
- Drive the day-to-day operational heartbeat of the team: manage reporting cadences, synthesize key result progress, and ensure the right information reaches the right partners at the right time.
- Build and maintain the frameworks and tools that enable disciplined prioritization
- Partner with cross-functional teams to keep critical initiatives on track, resolving blockers and maintaining momentum through structured program management.
High-Impact Strategic Projects
- Own a portfolio of high-stakes strategic questions - from competitive positioning and market opportunity sizing to go-to-market model evolution - and drive them from framing through recommendation to decision.
- Be a trusted "internal consultant" to senior leaders
- Navigate complexity and ambiguity with confidence - driving progress on long-horizon initiatives that don't fit neatly into existing workstreams but matter enormously to the business.
What You Need to Succeed- 6-8+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or a related strategic role - ideally within a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment
- Proven ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous business problems
- Analytical and financial knowledge; comfortable pulling apart funnel metrics, building cases for business change, and translating quantitative analysis into compelling narratives.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills - able to engage credibly with senior leaders, align cross-functional partners, and drive decisions.
- Track record of owning high-visibility projects end-to-end
- Deep curiosity about the business - asking "Why?" - and a bias toward action
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $135,400 -- $264,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $182,900 - $264,800
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
