**Core Role Responsibilities**
- Executive Partnership: Serve as a trusted right-hand to the Director of Strategy & Growth, assisting with high-level strategic planning and executive decision-making.
- Strategic Financial Modeling: Build and maintain robust financial models to drive annual budgeting, revenue projections, and pipeline forecasting.
- Actionable Analysis: Analyze financial and operational performance to identify key trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Dynamic Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and enhance reporting tools using Excel, SQL, and Power BI to deliver monthly financial packages to internal and external stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization to guide strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and new market expansions.
- Team Mentorship: Guide, support, and mentor junior analysts on the team, fostering a collaborative culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, streamline financial processes, and tackle high-priority ad hoc projects.
**Must-Have Requirements**
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Analytical Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a highly analytical, data-driven role.
- Hybrid Availability: The ability to work on-site from our Fulton, MD office at least 3 days a week to partner directly with leadership.
**Preferred Skills and Experiences**
- Advanced Technical Toolkit: High proficiency in Excel (PowerPivot, macros, complex formulas) alongside experience with SQL, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
- Financial Modeling Mastery: Deep, proven expertise in building robust financial and forecast models.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of effectively supporting and advising senior leadership.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the agility to manage multiple high-priority projects across a collaborative organization.
- Bonus Points For: An MBA or advanced degree, and/or hands-on experience utilizing CRM systems like Dynamics 365
$115,000 - $120,000 a year
