  • Provide end-to-end program leadership, including planning, governance, financial management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and executive communications.
  • Drive transparency and accountability across complex cross-functional initiatives by effectively managing dependencies, issues, risks, and key decisions.
  • Ensure delivery excellence through adherence to Corporate Program Management Office (CPMO) standards, SDLC processes, governance practices, and audit-ready program documentation.
  • Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of modern delivery practices, including automation and AI-enabled capabilities that improve program and organizational outcomes.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Minimum of 6 years of program and/or project management experience.
  • Experience managing large, complex programs or projects involving multiple teams, third-party partners, and cross-functional dependencies.

  • Experience working with Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and related delivery management tools.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to and partnering with technical, business, and executive audiences.

  • Ability to influence, coordinate, and drive successful outcomes across diverse teams and stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with competing priorities and changing business needs.
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe, ACP, or similar project/program management certification.
