Full Job Description
The Marketing department creates passion and relevance for the "Dolby Difference" driving sell-in and sell-thru of Dolby enabled devices, services, content, and experiences across multiple constituents - partners, creators, consumers, and developers. You'll lead content production for Dolby's global social ecosystem end to end, from concept through final distribution, while owning the automotive content vertical and setting Instagram platform strategy for the team.

Content Production
  • Lead end-to-end content production, from concept development through filming, editing, and audio production, across short-, medium-, and long-form formats, including global campaigns, evergreen programs, Creator Lab series, NOW IN ATMOS, and live events.
  • Serve as creative lead during production and post-production for live events, talent interviews, and brand shoots, providing direction on camera, lighting, audio, and production execution.
  • Oversee the visual identity of Dolby's global social presence, including static creative assets, profile imagery, and banner assets.
  • Partner closely with Edelman's design team to develop and maintain templates across content categories.
  • Ensure templates and creative standards are implemented consistently and effectively across regional teams.


Paid Social Creative
  • Develop original advertising concepts, messaging, and scripts, and produce creative variations for performance testing in partnership with the paid media team.
  • Analyze creative performance data and apply insights to optimize future content and campaigns.


Automotive Vertical
  • Lead content strategy, production, and creative direction for Dolby's automotive category across global social channels.
  • Collaborate with automotive brand partners on Dolby Atmos integration announcements and creator-led vehicle content.


Creator Lab
  • Serve as social media lead for Creator Lab, editing and adapting podcast content for distribution across social platforms.
  • Design end cards and supporting creative assets, and collaborate with Accelerator artists on ongoing content initiatives.


Platform Expertise
  • Serve as the team's Instagram subject matter expert, monitoring platform developments and best practices to inform strategy.
  • Maintain asset libraries, documentation, and creative standards that can be effectively adopted across regions.


What You'll Bring
  • 4-6 years of content production experience for a consumer brand, agency, media company, or related organization.
  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Experience operating professional camera equipment for live events, interviews, and content production.
  • Experience within music, entertainment, consumer technology, media, or related industries is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across regions, including Europe, Asia-Pacific, and global creative, social, and digital teams.


The Los Angeles Area base salary range for this full-time position is $101,000 - 135,000, which can vary if outside this location,plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training.
