Full Job Description
The Content Operations role sits at the intersection of Social, Digital, CRM, and Regional Marketing teams, providing structure, intelligence, and scalability across Dolby's global content ecosystem. This role manages the Global Content Calendar and the operational infrastructure that enables content to move efficiently across digital and social channels, teams, and markets.

A core expectation of this role is leveraging AI-powered tools and automation to modernize how content is planned, coordinated, optimized, and activated. This role is responsible not only for managing timelines, but also for creating intelligent workflows that reduce manual effort, increase visibility, improve content reuse, and enable more connected customer journeys.

This role does not define creative direction or channel strategy. Instead, it serves as a key coordination function that connects teams, systems, and execution.

Global Content Calendar & Planning Infrastructure
  • Manage and maintain Dolby's Global Content Calendar as a centralized planning system across Global and Regional Social, Digital, and CRM teams.
  • Establish governance, standards, and operating cadences that support consistent calendar adoption and usage.
  • Develop scalable planning frameworks that support campaign launches, always-on programs, and regional activations.
  • Utilize automation and AI-assisted planning tools to improve visibility, conflict identification, sequencing, and readiness tracking.

AI-Enabled Workflow Design & Orchestration
  • Design and implement AI-assisted workflows that support content planning, tagging, metadata generation, summarization, sequencing, and cross-channel coordination.
  • Develop shared prompt frameworks, templates, and playbooks that support consistent AI adoption across teams and regions.
  • Partner with Digital and Platform teams to integrate AI capabilities into content planning and orchestration systems.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.

Cross-Channel Content Orchestration
  • Serve as a key operational partner across Global Social, Digital, CRM, and Regional Marketing teams.
  • Align campaign timelines, launch sequencing, and channel activation plans across the content ecosystem.
  • Identify opportunities for coordinated storytelling, content reuse, and cross-channel amplification.
  • Ensure channel requirements and dependencies are considered early in planning cycles.

Automation & Operational Scalability
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities across planning, coordination, and reporting workflows using AI-enabled and low-code/no-code solutions.
  • Improve operational efficiency by streamlining intake processes, approvals, readiness tracking, and cross-team handoffs.
  • Build repeatable operational frameworks that can be effectively scaled across markets and channels.

Activation Readiness & Distribution Alignment
  • Partner with channel stakeholders to ensure assets are delivered in appropriate formats and within required timelines.
  • Support launch readiness by validating publishing schedules, dependencies, and handoff requirements.
  • Enable modular content distribution and reuse across platforms and regions.

Content Intelligence & Continuous Optimization
  • Use AI-assisted analysis to identify patterns across planning activities, performance indicators, publishing cadence, and content utilization.
  • Translate insights into operational improvements and planning optimizations.
  • Track orchestration health metrics, including lead time, asset reuse, calendar accuracy, and cross-channel activation rates.

Responsible AI & Governance Partnership
  • Partner with Legal, IT, and Information Security teams to support responsible and compliant use of AI technologies.
  • Establish guidelines and best practices that promote effective, ethical, and compliant AI usage within content workflows.
  • Help communicate and reinforce responsible AI standards and operational practices across teams.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in content operations, marketing operations, content strategy, program management, or a related field within a global, multi-team organization. Experience supporting regional, matrixed, or distributed marketing organizations is preferred.
  • Experience managing a global content calendar, planning system, or similar cross-functional process adopted by multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience designing and implementing AI-assisted workflows, including content tagging, metadata generation, summarization, sequencing, or related content operations processes. Experience developing scalable workflows and practices that can be adopted across teams is preferred.
  • Strong systems-thinking skills, with the ability to develop governance models, operating cadences, documentation, and playbooks that support consistency and scalability across markets and teams.
  • Experience collaborating across Social, Digital, CRM, Regional Marketing, and other cross-functional teams, translating diverse requirements and dependencies into actionable plans.
  • Experience partnering with Legal, IT, Information Security, Compliance, or related stakeholders to support the responsible adoption of new technologies and translate requirements into practical guidance for teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience measuring operational effectiveness through metrics such as lead time, asset reuse, planning accuracy, and activation effectiveness, and applying findings to improve processes.
  • Experience leveraging automation, low-code/no-code platforms, or workflow optimization tools to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance team productivity.
  • Ability to work effectively in an operational leadership role, enabling creative, marketing, and channel teams through strong planning, coordination, and execution support.
