Bell is seeking a Senior Specialist, Schedule Control - Data Centre Infrastructure to lead schedule development, governance, and performance analysis across major data centre build programs. Reporting to the Director, Program Controls, this role owns the integrity of integrated master schedules and provides critical path visibility and forward-looking schedule risk insights to support predictable delivery of mission-critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Schedule Management
  • Develop, maintain, and govern integrated master schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.
  • Ensure schedules are logic-driven, resource-aware, and aligned with contract milestones and delivery strategies.

Critical Path & Performance Analysis
  • Own critical path analysis, float management, and schedule health metrics.
  • Perform forward-looking schedule risk analysis, identifying drivers, constraints, and recovery scenarios.

Schedule Governance & Change Support
  • Validate schedule updates from construction partners and Owner's Rep teams.
  • Support formal change control by quantifying schedule impacts and mitigation options prior to execution.

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Partner with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Operations to align schedule assumptions and sequencing.
  • Support executive reporting with clear, decision-oriented schedule insights.


Critical Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in schedule control or planning for large capital or mission-critical infrastructure projects.

  • Demonstrated expertise with Integrated Master Schedules for data centre, industrial, or complex technical builds.

  • Strong working knowledge of CPM scheduling (Primavera P6 preferred; MS Project acceptable).

  • Experience performing critical path, float, and schedule risk analysis.

  • Excellent analytical and stakeholder communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience supporting data centre or mission-critical facility builds.

  • Familiarity with commissioning, energization, and phased turnover scheduling.

  • Professional certifications (PSP, PMP, or equivalent).


Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
