Develop and implement advanced AI and Generative AI models to solve complex business challenges related to AIOPS Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AIdriven solutions into existing enterprise systems Stay current with emerging trends and innovations in AI Generative AI and Machine Learning to enhance solution capabilities Optimize AI algorithms for improved performance scalability and accuracy in operational intelligence contexts Conduct research to advance generative model capabilities and apply findings to practical use cases Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights detect anomalies and support predictive operations Ensure compliance with ethical standards and data privacy regulations in all AI implementations Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools frameworks and technologies aligned with AIOPS requirements

Roles and Responsibilities

Design develop and deploy AI and Generative AI models tailored to AIOPS business needs within the BlueverseAI Fundamentals family

Lead initiatives applying best practices and innovative techniques in AI and Machine Learning for operational intelligence

Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members on AI and Generative AI projects

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions

Monitor troubleshoot and finetune AI model performance in production environments to ensure reliability

Document AI models processes and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure compliance

Work closely with data engineers MLOps teams and business units to align AI solutions with organizational goals
