Primary Technical Skills (Must Have):- Guidewire PolicyCenter Experience
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Must be proficient with process modelling tools
- Have worked on one complete implementation cycle of Guidewire
- Working knowledge of business analysis documentation standards
- SVN Rally HP QC Handson experience writing user stories is must
- Microsoft Project Excel PowerPoint SharePoint
- Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
- Business analysis experience in the Commercial Property and Casualty insurance industry on Guidewire PC
Secondary Technical Skills (Nice to Have Skills, Not Mandatory):- Certified Guidewire PolicyCenter with experience for implantation and state rollouts
- Experienced with Agile Scrum methodology and business analysis methodologies
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal understands communication channels and escalates appropriately
Responsibilities:- Through self-directed activities act as liaison between client and technical groups using superior communication skills to elicit document analyze and validate for Guidewire PolicyCenter
- Experience operating and interfacing with business management including negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven track record of creating clear concise deliverables that reflect a deep understanding of business needs and the out of the box software functionality
- Strong initiative able to self-manage comfortable with ambiguity and able to work through it to get the right things done
