Job DescriptionWe're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Credit Services Administration to join our Credit Services team. This role is located in New York, NY.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Accountable for loan administrative activities, including the review of control reports, ensuring that all documentation policy exceptions are cleared timely and open receivables are resolved
- Interface with Lenders on client onboarding, billing and loan reconciliation and issue resolution.
- Ability to interpret loan documents.
- Need to be proficient in Excel, it will need to be Intermediate to Advanced level.
- Support credit facility loan set-up and Responsible for monitoring loan processing activities, ensuring timely loan funding and payment processing, and Support 14Q/M Regulatory Reporting data collection and reporting related to loans
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or economics degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $59,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
