Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in organizational change management (OCM), preferably with SAP implementations in Latin America (LATAM)
• Prosci or equivalent certification required
• Proven background in managing resistance and evaluating adoption metrics
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills across diverse cultures
• Experience in navigating complex, multinational program structures with multiple consulting firms
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field essential; advanced degree preferred
• Willingness to travel for training, workshops, or support during go-live phases

Responsibilities

• Tailor global OCM strategy specifically for LATAM, considering local cultural and legal nuances
• Conduct readiness assessments and analyze stakeholder impacts for regional users
• Design and implement regional communications, training sessions, and adoption materials
• Identify resistance within LATAM and adapt management strategies to suit local contexts
• Define success metrics for regional adoption and report risks to the Global OCM Lead
• Collaborate with LATAM leadership to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
• Facilitate communication between LATAM end users and the global program team for feedback
