Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering and manufacturing roles
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar
• Experience using Xometry's services from a customer and/or partner perspective preferred
• Familiarity with electromechanical manufacturing methods and materials
• Desirable expertise in mechanical fabrication methods like CNC, sheet metal, and additive manufacturing
• Experience managing manufacturing projects in Asia and/or Europe
• Knowledge of compliance standards such as ISO9001, AS9100d, ITAR, NIST
• Familiarity with IPC standards and PCB testing equipment
• Proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, especially in remote environments

Responsibilities

• Grow business in wire harnesses, junction boxes, and PCB's
• Develop and manage a network of manufacturing partners
• Partner with Account Executives to drive account growth and retention
• Formulate and execute major projects based on customer needs
• Convert customer requirements into manufacturing instructions
• Create procedures for executing electromechanical projects
• Troubleshoot work-in-progress issues and guide operations to solutions
• Provide project management oversight on complex opportunities
