Qualifications

• 5+ years in a solutions architect or engineering role, ideally within cloud or AI infrastructure.
• Previous pre-sales experience, including POCs, with high-level stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI.
• Strong grasp of Kubernetes and container orchestration best practices.
• Familiarity with GPU technologies and infrastructure.
• Extensive knowledge of networking protocols and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a focus on customer needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges effectively.
• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and Linux; additional languages like Golang, C, C++, and Java are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to identify their unique business challenges and design customized solutions.
• Lead proof of concept evaluations demonstrating the value of Clockwork solutions in real-world settings.
• Provide technical support during meetings, presentations, and workshops, addressing client inquiries.
• Work in partnership with the sales team to drive PoC evaluations and facilitate deal closures.
• Engage with product and engineering teams to identify areas for product improvement and enhancement.
• Contribute insights on product functionalities to guide strategic discussions on product architecture.
• Stay updated on related trends in AI networking and cloud computing, sharing knowledge with stakeholders.
• Represent Clockwork at industry conferences and events, with potential travel involved.
