The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead technical solution development for strategic Department of Defense Electronic Warfare (EW), Cyber, and Systems Engineering opportunities. In this role, you will own the end-to-end solution development process, from customer engagement and opportunity shaping through proposal submission and transition to execution. You'll work alongside Business Development, Capture, Engineering, and Proposal teams to develop innovative, mission-focused solutions that leverage CACI's products, technologies, and engineering expertise to solve our customers' most challenging problems.
The position could work out of our locations in Sterling, VA; Chantilly, VA; Annapolis Junction, MD.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Lead end-to-end technical solution development for strategic capture and proposal efforts.
Develop differentiated solutions across EW, Cyber, Systems Engineering, Mission Engineering, Platform Integration, C5ISR, AI/ML, and Software Integration.
Translate customer requirements into executable technical architectures, implementation approaches, staffing strategies, and proposal content.
Lead cross-functional teams spanning Business Development, Capture, Engineering, Proposal, Pricing, and Product Management.
Evaluate technologies, conduct trade studies, and develop technical discriminators that improve competitive positioning.
Support both classified and unclassified proposals while ensuring technical quality, compliance, and consistency.
Represent CACI's EW capabilities through customer engagements, technical briefings, white papers, demonstrations, and strategy sessions.
Mentor other Solution Architects and contribute to proposal reviews and technical solution assessments.
10+ years of solution architecture, systems engineering, or technical leadership experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Demonstrated success leading technical solution development for large Federal capture and proposal efforts ($100M+ TCV preferred).
Experience developing solutions involving one or more of the following: EW, Cyber, Systems or Mission Engineering, C5ISR, Platform Integration, AI/ML, Hardware/Software Integration
Ability to translate customer requirements (PWS, SOO, CONOPS, etc.) into compelling technical solutions.
Experience authoring or leading technical proposal volumes for large Federal acquisitions.
Strong communication, leadership, and customer engagement skills.
Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting Army, USSOCOM, Air Force, Navy, DARPA, DIU, or other defense organizations.
Knowledge of RF systems, EMSO, SIGINT, C-UxS, or mission systems integration.
Familiarity with MBSE, Agile/DevSecOps, AI/ML, and Modular Open Systems Architecture (MOSA/SOSA).
Experience with GSA FEDSIM/AAS or other major DoD acquisition organizations.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
