Position OverviewAs a Senior Software Engineer Manager within PNC's Fraud Engineering organization, you will be based in Pittsburg, PA or Cleveland, OH. Weekly time in the office is needed.

Needed Experience/skills:

The Fraud Software Engineering Manager leads engineering teams responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable fraud technology solutions that protect customers and align to business and risk objectives. This role drives end to end delivery across the software development lifecycle using Agile practices, ensuring work is prioritized, risks and dependencies are managed, and outcomes are delivered with quality and predictability.
The manager provides technical leadership to ensure solutions are secure, resilient, and aligned with solution architecture, while maintaining platform health, performance, and continuous improvement. They build and develop high performing teams through coaching, clear performance expectations, and a strong culture of accountability and inclusion. Additionally, the role ensures adherence to regulatory, audit, and control requirements, promotes a quality-first mindset, and partners across product, business, and technology teams to align fraud strategy with engineering execution while driving automation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organization.
This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
