Overview

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Manager, AI, Automation & Innovation at our Corporate Headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Responsibilities

Reynolds Consumer Products is seeking a outcome driven Senior Manager to lead our AI and automation agenda within Information Technology. Reporting to the Director of AI and leading a team of AI Solution Analysts, this role spans process automation, agentic solution design, enterprise AI adoption, and emerging technology exploration during a multi-year digital core transformation. The ideal candidate has delivered automation and AI in complex enterprise environments and is equally comfortable setting strategy with the CIO and rolling up their sleeves to drive execution.

What you will do

  • Lead the Digital Workforce program. Own the full RPA portfolio and program lifecycle, from opportunity discovery and structured intake through development governance, change management, and platform operations. Through the digital core upgrade, make deliberate decisions to retire, rebuild, or reinvent each automation to take advantage of agentic capabilities, serving as the primary liaison among the business, PMO, and development teams.
  • Identify and architect agentic AI opportunities. Surface automation opportunities across the enterprise, define end to end solution architectures on platforms including AWS Bedrock, Databricks, and SAP BTP, and translate them into value cases that advance COGS and SG&A cost reduction objectives.
  • Drive AI adoption and fluency. Lead enterprise adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude Enterprise, including advanced capabilities such as Projects and Cowork. Build a champion network embedded in the business, deliver monthly engagement and outcome reporting, and design learning experiences that convert low activity users into confident, productive AI users.
  • Explore and pilot emerging technologies. Scan the AI and automation landscape, evaluate emerging capabilities for enterprise fit, and run structured pilots that inform the long-term innovation roadmap.
  • Drive measurable value creation. Evaluate and approve initiatives against rigorous value criteria, including freed capacity, cost reduction and avoidance, and revenue impact. Hold the program accountable to outcomes, not just delivery.
  • Lead a high performing team. Direct AI Solution Analysts in business process assessments, ensuring documentation and solution design artifacts meet the standard required for business alignment and internal audit readiness.
  • Maintain executive visibility. Deliver monthly program reporting to the CIO, CISO, and Director of AI, communicating progress, risk, and value realization in a way that sustains executive sponsorship.
