Full Job Description
JOB TITLE: Senior Software Engineering

JOB LOCATION: 3400 W. Plano Pkwy, Plano, TX 75075

DUTIES: Design, develop, and maintain API led MuleSoft integrations supporting ACC Service & Support (S&S), Big Bang, Wireless, RTB, CRP/Fiber, and related omnichannel customer care capabilities. Build System, Process, and Experience APIs that connect ACC with upstream and downstream systems such as Salesforce, Billing, Ordering, Network APIs, Identity platforms, and Customer Graph. Implement complex Mule 4 flows for ACC business functions including Review/Submit flows, Feature Add/Remove, Port Out status retrieval, Account/Service Summary, Order Events, and Real Time customer validations. Create and manage RAML specifications, reusable templates, API fragments, shared modules, and Exchange assets to ensure consistency across ACC micro journeys. Develop and optimize DataWeave transformations for high volume ACC transactional payloads, ensuring low latency and real time SLAs. Integrate Mule APIs with ACC's foundational systems (Salesforce, Billing/BSSe, Middleware, Inventory, Payment & Provisioning systems) while ensuring secure, policy compliant connectivity via API Manager. Implement centralized error handling frameworks, logging standards, and CloudHub monitoring to support ACC's strict reliability and observability requirements. Participate in ACC release cycles, coordinating deployments, regression validations, and post deployment production checks across multiple PI/Release trains. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues impacting ACC agent workflows, customer flows, or downstream systems; deliver fixes, optimizations, and hotfix enhancements. Collaborate with architects, QA, product owners, and cross functional ACC teams to translate business stories into scalable integration designs aligned with ACC architecture principles. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, MUnit test coverage, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of ACC's integration layer. Utilize MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Munit test frameworks. Utilize JSON, XML, SOAP, CSV, and ACC. Utilize CloudHub-based monitoring dashboards. Utilize Salesforce/ACC UI, backend ACC microservices, BSSe/Billing systems, Ordering/Provisioning APIs, Network/RTB services, SQL Server, Oracle, and SAP.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in a related occupation utilizing MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Munit test frameworks; utilizing JSON, XML, SOAP, CSV, and ACC; utilizing CloudHub-based monitoring dashboards; and utilizing Salesforce/ACC UI, backend ACC microservices, BSSe/Billing systems, Ordering/Provisioning APIs, Network/RTB services, SQL Server, Oracle, and SAP.

In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, the employer will accept an additional 2 years of experience utilizing MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Munit test frameworks; utilizing JSON, XML, SOAP, CSV, and ACC; utilizing CloudHub-based monitoring dashboards; and utilizing Salesforce/ACC UI, backend ACC microservices, BSSe/Billing systems, Ordering/Provisioning APIs, Network/RTB services, SQL Server, Oracle, and SAP.
