Primary Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and support scalable cloud-native applications and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Microsoft Azure technologies
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions supporting dental claims, attachment processing, and Image Intelligence capabilities
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including solution design, coding, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement
- Drive technical excellence through code reviews, automation, DevOps best practices, performance optimization, and mentoring junior engineers
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with an emphasis on the responsible use of AI
- Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement
- Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation

Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of experience developing with Java
- 3+ years of experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices
- 2+ years of experience with any cloud-native architecture
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience or familiarity with AI/ML-enabled solutions, document processing, computer vision, or generative AI technologies
- Experience building solutions for dental claims processing, attachment processing, or Image Intelligence capabilities
- Experience mentoring junior software engineers
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and collaborate across cross-functional teams
- 3+ years of experience building, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale distributed applications
- 3+ years of experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- 3+ years of experience collaborating in an Agile development environment

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
