Analyze project data to streamline activity development processes and reduce execution time through standardized workflows. Analyze TikTok Ecosystem Platform business scenarios and provide technical solution design and implementation. Design and optimize large-scale distributed online systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously promote product iteration and optimization. Mentor junior-level team members.

Qualifications

Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Developing software using Java, Go, C++, JavaScript, Ruby, or Python; Maintaining and debugging software; Designing and implementing software service architecture to support high throughput and fault tolerant services; Designing and implementing large-scale, distributed online software services using programming language Java, Go, JavaScript, Ruby, or Python; and Developing code and identifying issues in Linux environment. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $264514 - $387600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
