Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience designing, developing, and deploying modern enterprise-grade software solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with business acumen to build scalable, secure, and customer-centric applications while leveraging AI-assisted development practices, cloud-native technologies, and DevSecOps principles.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop scalable, enterprise-grade software solutions that address complex business challenges.
• Translate business requirements into robust, secure, and maintainable software architectures.
• Develop rapid prototypes to validate concepts and accelerate stakeholder feedback.
• Own end-to-end feature development across backend services, data, APIs, and user interfaces.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools throughout the software development lifecycle while maintaining accountability for code quality, security, and performance.
• Design quality gates, automated validation processes, and specification-driven workflows to improve engineering productivity.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and development practices to enhance team efficiency and software quality.
• Implement secure software development practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable, scalable, and automated deployments.
• Develop observability, monitoring, alerting, logging, and recovery mechanisms to improve production reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-focused technology solutions.
• Communicate technical decisions, architectural trade-offs, and project risks effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with security, compliance, risk, and platform teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience designing, developing, supporting, and deploying enterprise-grade software systems.
• Experience using AI-assisted or agentic AI development tools throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Strong programming experience with Python.
• Experience developing modern web applications using Vue.js.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and cloud-native architecture patterns.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps best practices.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Experience with software development across full-stack technologies.

• Experience with Linux operating systems and environments.
