Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced webMethods Platform Administrator to manage, maintain, and support enterprise integration platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in webMethods administration, infrastructure management, system monitoring, and security.

Roles & Responsibilities

Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain webMethods components including Integration Server, Universal Messaging, Trading Networks, and API Gateway.

Support CI/CD pipelines and deploy solutions across development, testing, and production environments.

Monitor system health, performance, and availability through logging and alerting tools.

Implement security controls such as RBAC, SSL/TLS, and firewall configurations.

Provide platform support and enablement for development teams.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience supporting and administering Software AG webMethods / IBM webMethods Fabric environments.

Strong knowledge of Java, XML, XSLT, REST APIs, and SOAP web services.

Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, Load Balancers, and Reverse Proxies.

Experience with middleware administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Familiarity with cloud, hybrid infrastructure, and DevOps practices is preferred.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 to $193,440

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
