Responsibilities
Build large-scale and highly available cloud infrastructure to support the company's compute infrastructure platform. Design, build, and maintain compute systems to streamline the training and deployment of large-scale machine learning models. Develop and build high-performance, distributed infrastructure to support artificial intelligence (AI) workflows. Take ownership of the technical stack, transitioning experimental machine learning models into production services while ensuring system reliability, observability, and fault tolerance in multi-agent environments. Take ownership of the observability of the company's AI platforms, including monitoring health, identifying performance bottlenecks, and making recommendations to drive platform reliability. Write research papers and file technical patents capturing work in cloud infrastructure, AIOps, and distributed computing.
Qualification
Qualifications Must have a PhD degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience, or a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Designing and implementing large-scale, distributed online software services using C, Java, Go, JavaScript, Ruby, or Python; Optimizing, training, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow; Developing CI/CD tools in Python and writing automation Bash Shell scripts; Designing scalable and high available software systems for cloud environments; Developing docker containers for multiple services and deploying, managing, and monitoring them in Kubernetes cluster; and Automating and managing the full release lifecycle, including code development, build, testing, validation, and deployment. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $206086 - $300960 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
