You will meet administrators where they are-building solutions that work for customers who are already cloud-native as well as those beginning their cloud journey.
You will own the operational excellence and security posture of the WorkSpaces Applications fleet. This includes establishing industry-leading security practices, enabling rapid and safe fleet-wide changes, and building scalable, reusable mechanisms that simplify operations and accelerate delivery across the business. A core expectation is to champion simplicity and consistency, ensuring solutions are implemented once and leveraged broadly to maximize velocity, resilience, and long-term maintainability.
In this role, you will lead multiple software development teams to evolve and create data architectures and product solutions that are exemplary in terms of robustness, stability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. You will proactively identify technology gaps and opportunities, participate in strategic initiatives spanning 1-3 years, and write effective communications including Mission statements, Tenets, and PR/FAQs.
