What You'll Do:
- Develop and launch a new mobile application from the ground up.
- Integrate practical, AI-driven features to enhance user experience such as personalized recommendations and smarter search functionality.
- Utilize AI-supported development tools to streamline workflows, testing, and support continuous deployment.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers on a small, agile team.
- Ensure the application meets high standards for performance, security, and maintainability.
- Partner with product and design leadership to influence roadmap decisions and align technical solutions with business strategy.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of professional experience building and scaling applications across the stack.
- Proficiency in modern languages and frameworks such as Python, Typescript, Node.js, React, or similar
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and best practices in CI/CD, containerization, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Exposure to or interest in leveraging AI/ML tooling and frameworks to enhance applications.
- A self-starter with strong problem solving and analysis skills.
- An excellent communicator and collaborator who thrives in a team environment.
Ideal to Have:
- Experience leading small teams or managing software projects.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
- Background in building consumer-facing (B2C) applications.
- Interest or experience in the real estate technology industry.
Annual Salary Range: $150,800-$170,000
