We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with 6+ years of overall experience to lead Agile teams and drive successful delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader who coaches teams, removes impediments, and ensures Agile best practices are followed across the organization.
The Scrum Master should have core competency and working experience on Microsoft Dynamics/Power Platform, without which this role would not be possible.
Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coach multiple Scrum teams on Agile/Scrum values, principles, and practices
Remove impediments and help teams maintain focus on sprint goals
Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs and ensure well-defined user stories
Promote continuous improvement and high team performance
Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and sprint progress
Engage with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency
Support scaling of Agile practices across programs or portfolios
Required Skills & Qualifications:10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master
Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and Agile frameworks
Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, UX)
Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Proven ability to coach teams and foster a collaborative culture
Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
Preferred Qualifications:Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master)
Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $61087 to $104364
