Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience in solution architecture, consulting, business analysis, or senior platform delivery roles.
• 5+ years in wealth management, banking, insurance, lending, asset management, or similar financial services environments.
• Proven leadership in leading cross-functional team discoveries and translating business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Experience in developing process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and facilitating UAT.
• Knowledgeable in Agile methodologies with experience working in diverse onshore and offshore teams.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce declarative capabilities, including Flow, data management, and reporting.
• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce security dynamics including profiles and sharing rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-focused discovery sessions with diverse stakeholders to identify business needs and success criteria.
• Conduct assessments to identify improvements in business processes and technology.
• Develop current-state and future-state process maps to enhance workflows in client and operational teams.
• Design tailored Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions for a variety of regulated industry applications.
• Communicate architecture solutions and implementation plans clearly to executive stakeholders.
• Establish data management and integration strategies to meet compliance and governance standards.
• Create well-defined user stories and backlogs for Agile teams to deliver clear project requirements.
• Implement Salesforce configurations and support UAT processes.
