Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience, focusing on architecture or senior technical leadership roles
• Hands-on expertise with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and SOQL/SOSL
• Experience delivering complex integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
• Proficient in data modeling and governance for large-volume data processing
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture and integration security
• Strong skills in documentation, communication, and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture of Salesforce implementations for scalability and security
• Architect and lead development using LWC, Apex, and other Salesforce capabilities
• Design and manage high-volume integrations with external systems including banking platforms
• Define integration strategies using various API and middleware solutions
• Evaluate requirements to determine optimal integration approaches
• Lead design sessions, produce architecture diagrams, and define data flows
• Ensure compliance with banking security and regulatory standards
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices
