The ChallengeReporting to the Senior Manager of Solution Architects, the Senior Salesforce Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in driving the transformation and optimization of our processes within the Salesforce ecosystem. We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Solution Architect with a specialization in Sales & Service Cloud to join our dynamic team. Your MissionEnd-to-End Saleforce Process Design:- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to end-to-end processes.
- Design end-to-end solutions, incorporating industry best practices, Salesforce capabilities, and integration points.
- Create comprehensive architectural diagrams, process flows, and solution documentation.
Technical Leadership: - Provide expert guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of technologies, tools, and third-party applications that complement the end-to-end ecosystem.
- Oversee the development of technical specifications and ensure adherence to design principles.
Salesforce Configuration and Customization: - Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and custom code (Apex, Lightning Components) to support end-to-end requirements.
- Show in-depth knowledge in specialized areas, such as: Territory Management, Lead Routing, Account Hierarchies, Omnichannel, Integrations, Communities, Incident & Breach, Certinia, Gainsight, or Account and Lead Enrichment.
- Innovative approach to solving complex implementations without previous experience; bringing creative thinking and approaches from the frontier of salesforce new practices to our implementation
Integration and Data Management: - Architect integration solutions to seamlessly connect Salesforce with external systems, ensuring data consistency and real-time information exchange.
- Define data migration strategies and oversee data cleansing and transformation efforts to ensure accurate and reliable end-to-end data.
Performance Optimization: - Identify and address performance bottlenecks, scalability concerns, and other technical challenges within the end-to-end processes.
- Ownership of system performance and collaborate with technical teams to implement optimizations
- Identifying conflicts sourced in other systems or impacting downstream systems and ensuring business outcomes are good across all processes and systems
Solution Governance and Compliance: - Ensure that the end-to-end solution complies with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead solution reviews and ensure alignment with architectural guidelines.
Stakeholder Collaboration: - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Support, Customer Experience, and Finance, to ensure solutions meet business needs. This role will be assigned a specific business owner in one of the above areas
- Present technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrate clear command and ownership of the technical side of their workstream; monitor any issues that the business may be missing and proactively recommend better practices in order to advance business goals
- Influencing the business to think bigger and go in directions which are at the leading edge of the industry
Mentorship and Training: - Provide guidance, mentorship, and knowledge transfer to junior architects and development teams.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team members' understanding of end-to-end processes and Salesforce best practices.
You Are/Have- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ Salesforce Certifications, including Application and System Architect certification, Salesforce CPQ certification
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with a focus on designing and implementing End-to-end solutions.
- Minimum 5 of experience in an Architect role
- Proficiency in Salesforce Tools such as LeanData, ZoomInfo, D&B, Reltio and hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and integration tools.
- Strong understanding of End-to-end processes, including lead management, opportunity tracking, quoting, pricing, and contract management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Extra Awesome- Experience working at a startup
- 13+ Salesforce Certifications, including Application and System Architect certification, Salesforce CPQ certification, B2B Solution Architect
- Experience with Agentforce & Data Cloud/Data360
- Experience with other Salesforce products, such as Revenue Cloud or Einstein Analytics.
- Previous experience in Tech Industry or a similar field.
- Project management experience.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in related fields.
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

$150,675-$226,012.50 USD
