. Own release management and DevOps practices - version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce DX / scratch orgs.
. Enforce security, performance, and governor limit best practices, and ensure solutions meet accessibility and privacy standards relevant to public sector and healthcare (e.g., PIPA, FOIPPA).
. Conduct code reviews, define development standards, and mentor intermediate and junior developers.
. Work directly with clients, architects, and business analysts in agile delivery teams to shape and deliver solutions.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: What You Bring
. 7+ years of software development experience, with 4+ years building on the Salesforce platform.
. Expert level Apex and Lightning Web Component development, including asynchronous Apex, triggers, and test driven development.
. Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, sharing and security model, and governor limits.
. Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and event driven patterns.
. Experience with Salesforce DX, Git based source control, and CI/CD tooling.

. Excellent problem solving and communication skills, and the ability to lead technical conversations with clients.
Preferred Experience
. OmniStudio - hands on experience with OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
. Health Cloud - experience implementing Salesforce Health Cloud, including care plans, the clinical/EHR data model, and integrations with healthcare systems (e.g., HL7/FHIR).
. Public Sector Solutions - experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, including licensing & permitting, case/benefit management, and grants management.
