Position DescriptionBridgenext is seeking a Senior Salesforce & CRM Ecosystem Integration Engineer (Onshore) to support a growing Retail CRM and Sales Enablement ecosystem for an enterprise client. This role will focus on designing, developing, and integrating Salesforce with various adjacent SaaS platforms that support CRM operations, sales enablement, customer engagement, and marketing workflows.The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce expertise combined with hands-on experience integrating platforms such as Marketo, Allego, and other sales enablement or marketing automation solutions. The role requires a strong understanding of integration architecture, APIs, middleware, and modern SaaS connectivity patterns.This is a hands-on engineering role that will collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and offshore engineering teams to deliver scalable CRM ecosystem integrations and support evolving enablement initiatives. Workplace: Hybrid, 3 days in Toronto downtown office Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and support integrations across Salesforce and related CRM/sales enablement platforms Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external SaaS platforms including Marketo, Allego, marketing automation tools, enablement platforms, and custom enterprise applications Collaborate with enterprise architects and business stakeholders to define integration strategies and scalable CRM ecosystem solutions Serve as the primary onshore technical point of contact for CRM integration discussions and solution design Work closely with offshore engineering teams to provide technical guidance, design oversight, and code reviews Design and implement secure API integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, Named Credentials, middleware, webhooks, and event-driven integration patterns Support evolving sales enablement and CRM initiatives by integrating new SaaS platforms and custom solutions into the ecosystem Contribute hands-on to Salesforce development activities including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), flows, and declarative configurations where required Troubleshoot and optimize CRM platform integrations for scalability, reliability, and performance Collaborate with business analysts, admins, QA teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Ensure solutions follow enterprise security, governance, scalability, and integration best practices Maintain technical documentation for integrations, APIs, and system architecture Must Have Skills: 8+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce and enterprise CRM ecosystems Strong Salesforce development and integration experience including Apex, LWC, APIs, and platform integrations Experience integrating Salesforce with sales enablement, marketing automation, and SaaS platforms such as: Marketo Allego CRM enablement tools Marketing automation platforms Custom enterprise applications Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, webhooks, middleware, and integration frameworks Experience with middleware and integration platforms such as MuleSoft or equivalent iPaaS solutions Familiarity with enterprise CRM ecosystem architecture and SaaS connectivity best practices Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data model, and governor limits Experience working in onshore/offshore delivery models Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate in evolving environments where new integrations and platforms may need to be established Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Preferred Skills: Experience working in financial services, insurance, wealth management, or other highly regulated enterprise environments Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise sales enablement and marketing automation platforms Exposure to enterprise integration architecture and event-driven systems Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or Informatica Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Integration Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect Experience supporting large-scale enterprise CRM ecosystems and customer engagement platforms Professional Skills: Solid written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Strong team and individual player Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention Demonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issues #LI-FR1
