Job Description:

Position Summary

The Technical Solutions Manager serves as the strategic bridge between customers, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. This role is responsible for driving successful technical adoption, solution design, implementation guidance, and ongoing optimization of products and services. The Technical Solutions Manager combines strong technical expertise with customer-facing consulting skills to deliver business outcomes, resolve complex challenges, and build trusted customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation Hiring Base Pay Range:
$150,400 - $211,500

Please be advised that the compensation hiring range indicated herein is provided solely as a good-faith estimate of anticipated base compensation for the position. The actual compensation offered will be determined at the time of hire and is contingent upon multiple factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and results of assessments conducted during the hiring process.
