Full Job Description
Your Impact Starts Here

We're hiring a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to help build and scale enablement across our SMB sales organization. This is an individual contributor (IC) role designed for someone ready to take the next step in ownership and impact.

This role is open to candidates with a background in revenue enablement, GTM training, instructional design, or sales curriculum development.

You'll work closely with our Senior Sales Enablement Manager and be the boots-on-the-ground presence for our Houston sales team. This is a hands-on builder role: you'll create, deliver, and iterate on training while identifying gaps, maintaining our tools, and helping us scale.

If you love building programs that actually change behavior (not just sit in a deck), this role is for you.

These are the key ways you'll contribute and create impact in this role:

Onboarding & Continuous Learning
  • Own day-to-day execution of new hire sales onboarding: managing schedules, calendar invites, and ensuring all content is loaded and ready
  • Track engagement & completion of enablement materials, grade evaluations, and surface knowledge gaps so we can close them fast
  • Develop and deliver virtual, in-person, and self-paced training sessions tailored to individual sales roles across our payroll, core, and hiring product lines
  • Maintain and update onboarding materials as our product, sales process, and tools evolve

Content Development
  • Partner with our Senior Manager on training priorities and curriculum development: training decks, Kahoots, talk tracks, one-pagers, demo guides, role-play practice tools, sales playbooks and microlearning modules
  • Translate product updates, new partner announcements, and GTM strategy/process changes into clear, seller-ready enablement assets
  • Create and maintain a centralized repository of all sales enablement materials, ensuring content is current, easy to find, and mapped to the right use case and audience
  • Apply instructional design principles, multimodal delivery, engagement activities, reinforcement loops, and impact measurement to ensure content actually sticks

Sales Tools & Technology
  • Serve as a day-to-day power user and subject matter expert on our sales tech stack (e.g. Salesforce, Talkdesk, CI platform, and AI tools such as our GPT knowledge base)
  • Prompt and configure our CI tool to surface rep skill gaps, objection handling trends, and coaching plans/opportunities
  • Utilize Salesforce reporting and pipeline data to identify seller skill gaps or process improvements

Sales Performance & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with sales managers to absorb coaching requests and translate them into scalable training resources
  • Reinforce sales methodologies and best practices through ongoing sessions, deal support, and coaching materials
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales Leadership to stay ahead of what's changing and translate it into the field quickly
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external selling teams where needed to design & deliver training beyond the core sales org

The Foundation for Success - These are the experiences and strengths that will set you up for success in this role:
  • 2+ years in sales enablement, sales training, L&D, revenue enablement, GTM enablement or a closely related field
  • Hands-on experience with an LMS platform (e.g., Lessonly, Mindtickle, Allego, Highspot, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with a conversation intelligence tool (e.g., Gong, Jiminny, Clari, Chorus, LevelAI, Nooks, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (e.g., report building, dashboard familiarity, pipeline monitoring)
  • Experience building seller-facing content (e.g., talk tracks, training decks, one-pagers, training modules, or playbooks)
  • Strong facilitation skills (e.g., commanding a room, gamification, interactive presentation skills)
  • Proven experience in prompting AI tools to improve workflows, generate content, and extract insights

The Homie Way - These principles guide everything we do-from how we work and make decisions to how we show up for each other.
  • Be Customer Obsessed - Solve problems with empathy and creativity.
  • Move Fast, Learn Fast - Experiment, take action, and grow every day.
  • Own Your Impact - Think big, focus on what matters, and make decisions you stand behind.
  • Master Your Craft - Excellence fuels impact-show up, step up, and make your mark.
  • Win Together - Put goals over roles, lead with trust, and connect to our mission and each other.

What We Offer

  • Comprehensive Healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision coverage + FSA options
  • Flexible Time: Unlimited PTO (salaried) + company holidays
  • AI access, for real: We invest in builders and believe that curiosity shouldn't have a paywall. That means you'll have access to paid AI tools with minimal restrictions, so you can build, experiment, and level up your craft.
  • Family Support: Up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave (after 6 months of service)
  • 🛡 Protection Plans: Life insurance + short/long-term disability coverage
  • Work Your Way: Work From Anywhere Month + meeting-free weeks yearly
