The role

We're looking for a foundational GTM Enablement hire to help scale Tavily's go-to-market organization. You'll partner closely with GTM leadership to improve rep productivity, reinforce sales process consistency, accelerate onboarding and ramp time, and help our teams better communicate business value in complex AI sales cycles.
This role sits at the center of our GTM organization, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to improve how we enable sellers as our product, positioning, and competitive landscape rapidly evolve

Your responsibilities will include:

Pay Transparency

Base Compensation Range

$109,500-$136,800 USD
