We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and customer-focused professional to join our Sales Compensation organization supporting one of Epsilon's strategic partner organizations. This role is responsible for executing day-to-day sales compensation operations while partnering closely with Compensation Design, Systems, and partner leadership to ensure accurate and timely compensation administration.
As part of a dedicated partner support team, you will help administer sales compensation plans, validate compensation calculations, support quota administration, resolve participant inquiries, and provide analytical insights that improve operational effectiveness. This position offers the opportunity to build a strong foundation in sales compensation while working directly with experienced leaders on strategic initiatives.
You will work alongside a Senior Compensation Analyst and Director, Sales Compensation - Partner Strategy & Operations, gaining exposure to compensation design, quota management, governance, and analytics in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
How You'll Work
This is a hands-on operational role requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will collaborate across Sales Compensation, Finance, Sales Operations, Systems, and partner stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely compensation administration.
Compensation Administration
• Support the monthly and quarterly sales compensation process for assigned partner organizations.
• Validate commission calculations and review compensation data for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare compensation files and supporting documentation for payroll processing.
• Assist in final payout reviews and quality assurance activities.
• Maintain participant records and compensation plan assignments.
Participant Support
• Respond to compensation-related inquiries from sales associates and leaders.
• Investigate compensation questions and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Track and document compensation exceptions and escalations.
• Partner with senior team members to resolve complex compensation scenarios.
Quota Administration
• Support annual and in-year quota loading and maintenance activities.
• Validate quota assignments and identify potential data discrepancies.
• Assist with quota reporting and reconciliation activities.
• Support quota changes resulting from organizational or territory updates.
Reporting & Analytics
• Prepare recurring compensation and quota reports for leadership.
• Analyze payout trends, quota attainment, and operational metrics.
• Identify data inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Support ad hoc analyses for business leaders and partner stakeholders.
Operational Excellence
• Ensure compliance with compensation governance and internal controls.
• Document operational processes and recommend opportunities for improvement.
• Support user acceptance testing for compensation system enhancements.
• Participate in compensation process improvement initiatives and automation efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Compensation Design, Systems, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Payroll teams to support ongoing business needs.
• Assist with annual compensation plan rollouts and participant communications.
• Support training and documentation efforts for new compensation programs and processes.
Qualifications
What you'll bring with you:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, Payroll, or a related analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Compensation Range: USD $85,000.00 - USD $95,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
