You may act as both a project team member, executing project tasks as required and as a project leader, responsible for the quality of the (sub) assignments and the completion of project activities within the budget and schedule. In addition, we expect you to make an active contribution to the continuous improvement and innovation of our services.
  • Actively identify customer needs, create concepts, identify delays in a timely manner and proactively propose solutions.
  • Involved in project management, project implementation, conducting interviews, giving presentations, and facilitating workshops.
  • Execute tasks related to cyber and ERM engagements, including but not limited to, cyber security risk management and governance reviews, cyber impact analyses, cyber security capability and information security management system reviews, threat and vulnerability reviews, risk assessments (identify, assess, prioritize, respond, monitor, report), etc.
  • Resolve client concerns into innovative cybersecurity management solutions.
  • Support and advance the thinking on the quantification of key risks, as required.
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the cyber and ERM market segment.
  • Support the maintenance of a robust sales pipeline, track sales activity, and report on progress towards revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to upsell additional services and solutions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and potential areas for growth within the risk and resilience landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate our value proposition and differentiate us from competitors.
  • Represent Aon at industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to showcase our risk consulting expertise and expand our professional network. Build relationships with key stakeholders and influencers to improve our visibility and reputation within the market.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager to learn colleague with several years of work experience and a passion for the cyber and ERM consultancy profession. Knowledge in the field of cyber risk management is required, but genuine interest and eagerness to learn are just as important.
