About the Role:We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Renewal Manager (SRM) to lead renewal efforts for complex, high-value accounts. In this role, you will engage with senior C-level stakeholders, manage intricate contract negotiations, and develop tailored renewal strategies. As an SRM, you will oversee an enterprise-level renewal pipeline, mitigate risks, and collaborate with Account Managers & Customer Success Managers to transition upsell opportunities effectively. Your work will directly impact retention and revenue growth in the enterprise segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advanced Strategic Planning: Develop and execute tailored renewal strategies for high-value accounts, balancing customer needs with business objectives.
  • Pipeline Management: Strategically manage a comprehensive renewal pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and addressing bottlenecks using CRM tools like SFDC.
  • Enhanced Customer Engagement: Lead high-level communication with C-level stakeholders, resolving complex concerns and influencing decision-making processes.
  • Complex Renewal Management: Handle multi-year agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance across CRM systems.

Please be advised, this is a Hybrid role based out of our NYC office that will require you to be in office 1-2 days a week at this time. Fully remote application will not be considered at this time.

For this role, the estimated On Target Earnings (OTE) range is listed below. In addition to your OTE salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits.

The actual salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual skills, capabilities and experience, objectively assessed during the interview process.
