About The Role:

As the Senior Regulatory Analyst at Feastables, you will support the regulatory function in ensuring compliance across ingredients, formulas, claims, and labeling for domestic and international markets. This role is responsible for helping maintain regulatory excellence across new product launches, brand maintenance initiatives, and evolving compliance requirements to ensure products meet all applicable standards.

You will partner closely with Quality, Operations, R&D, and Brand/Marketing teams, as well as external partners and co-manufacturers, to support regulatory initiatives throughout the product lifecycle. From reviewing formulations and substantiating claims to supporting labeling updates and certifications, you will play a critical role in helping Feastables bring innovative, compliant, and high-quality products to market. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support regulatory initiatives such as new product development and brand maintenance projects
  • Support upcoming labeling changes and artwork updates
  • Review ingredients and formulations for compliance to different markets (domestic and international)
  • Create ingredient declarations, allergen statements, and nutrition facts panels in Genesis Foods
  • Review potential product claims for accuracy and substantiation
  • Support documentation requests, consumer inquiries, and certifications

Recipe For Success:
  • Bachelor's degree in food science, nutrition, or related field
  • 5+ years of regulatory experience required; confectionery experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of FDA and Health Canada food regulations and labeling requirements
  • International regulatory and certifications experience (Kosher, Halal, Fairtrade) preferred
  • Experience with ingredient line creation and claims substantiation
  • Experience navigating and working in Genesis Foods is a plus
  • Excellent computer skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent prioritization skills and ability to work independently
