Job Description

The Senior Regional Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of regional marketing strategies for a designated country, solution portfolio, or business segment. This role helps generate actionable customer, market, and competitive insights to inform go-to-market plans, regional priorities, and growth opportunities. The individual executes integrated marketing programs aligned with global campaigns while supporting localized solution campaigns and business market engagement initiatives that drive customer awareness, demand, and revenue growth.

Working closely with global, regional, and local stakeholders, the Senior Regional Marketing Specialist ensures effective alignment between local activities and broader business, brand, and marketing strategies. The role contributes to campaign planning, budgeting, performance measurement, reporting, and optimization, helping to deliver measurable business outcomes and strengthen market presence within their assigned area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate market dynamics and translate insights into marketing recommendations.
  • Supports execution of demand generation program tactics, such as social marketing, content creation, and event marketing.
  • Create localized narratives and ensure message consistency across touchpoints.
  • Partner with Demand Generation on integrated campaign development and execution.
  • Lead content adaptation, launches, events, partner marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Analyze results and optimize programs, channel mix, and investment.


Qualifications

Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in field marketing, regional marketing, integrated campaigns, demand generation, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience independently developing and executing multi-channel programs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies
  • Strong customer and market orientation with the ability to connect market needs to business priorities.
  • Knowledge of integrated campaign planning, localized activation, customer journeys, and channel strategy.
  • Ability to collaborate across Sales, Regional Leadership, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, Demand Generation, Account-Based Marketing, Communications, and agency partners.
  • Ability to interpret campaign, channel, pipeline, and program performance and translate findings into recommendations.
  • Clear communication, project management, adaptability, stakeholder management, and disciplined execution.


Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $86,000 to $100,000 USD and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday and personal days (totaling 12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
