  • Support Integrated Services by translating key initiatives into cross-team marketing campaigns.
  • Lead communication between Integrated Services and various marketing teams to align communications with brand priorities.
  • Spearhead creation of briefs and Go-To-Market execution for new product campaigns and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal and agency partners to develop Tier 1 digital marketing assets.
  • Assist with Go-To-Market efforts for high-visibility consumer incentives requiring paid media.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to translate complex program data into compelling consumer messaging.
  • Organize incentive information for agency partners to facilitate the creation of marketing assets.

• Campaign Development: Support the Integrated Services organization by translating key initiatives into integrated, cross-team marketing campaigns for Tier 1 web, including any promotional campaigns.

• Campaign Management: Spearhead the creation of briefs and Go-To-Market (GTM) execution for key annual pulses, specifically new product(s) enhancements and targeted audience campaigns.

• Go-To-Market Coordination: Assist with Go-To-Market efforts and personalization on digital properties for consumer/owner high-visibility incentives that require dedicated paid media support.
• Incentive Messaging: Partner with Integrated Services and Media key stakeholders to coordinate and capture complex program and audience data requirements and translate it into clear, compelling consumer offer messaging.
• Agency Enablement: Organize and streamline incentive information for agency partners, ensuring they can easily digest data to create Tier 1 marketing assets.

Qualifications

You'll have...
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for data organization).
• Must possess the ability to distill complex, technical information (like incentive programs) into simple, persuasive consumer messaging. You should be equally comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders as you are collaborating with creative agency teams.
• Ability to build relationships across different tiers of the organization and with external partners.
• A "self-starter" mentality with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift based on market needs.

This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $74,300-$124,500., This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900., This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
