The Senior Regional Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven individual to support the planning and execution of our regional marketing programs and initiatives supporting our Canada sales organization. This role is essential to achieving our ambitious revenue goals by executing impactful marketing strategies and demand generation programs that drive regional pipeline growth. As part of the Americas Field Marketing team, you will report to the Sr Manager, Regional Marketing Enterprise Canada/East Region. This role will work closely with the sales organization and collaborate within the broader marketing organizations (e.g. Partner Marketing, Digital, Strategic Events, Product Marketing, Global Campaigns, and Marketing Operations) to ensure strategic alignment and achieve business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Program Planning & Execution: Work directly with the Senior Regional Marketing Manager for Canada as well as sales and sales leaders to execute integrated demand generation programs across events, digital, partner, and outbound channels. This includes managing logistics, communications and being onsite at key events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Project & Campaign Management: Coordinate with both internal teams and external partners and vendors to develop marketing campaign assets-from creative and email sequences to curated content and campaign offers. Bring ideas to life and keep projects moving on time.
  • Performance Reporting: Support reporting efforts to evaluate channel effectiveness, program ROI, and overall regional funnel health. Use insights to help guide future planning and improvements.
  • Marketing Operations & Tools: Maintain and manage the team's operational workflow using tools like Salesforce, Asana and 6Sense and Splash among others. Responsibilities include developing target lists, creating campaign briefs, and supporting sales enablement with materials tailored for SDRs and account executives.
  • Analyze and Report on Regional Performance: Conduct in-depth, data-driven evaluations of regional performance, delivering insights during forecast and pipeline review calls, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Partners: Work closely with partner organizations to design joint initiatives, leveraging partner strengths to enhance marketing programs and maximize pipeline impact.
  • Provide Regular Performance Feedback and Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of regional marketing programs, continuously optimizing strategies based on ROI and sales feedback.

Below is the annual salary range for candidates located in Canada. Your actual salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience.
