As a Senior Recruiter at KLA, you will serve as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders, partnering closely with hiring teams to attract, engage, and hire world-class talent across both technical and non-technical functions. You will support hiring across Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Sales, Marketing, and other key business areas.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to align workforce plans with organizational goals and hiring strategies.
- Provide market intelligence, talent availability insights, compensation trends, and competitive hiring data.
- Influence hiring decisions through data-driven recruiting strategies and talent market expertise.
- Consult with hiring managers on organizational design, talent assessment, and workforce planning needs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Lead recruiting efforts from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding support.
- Develop targeted sourcing and recruitment strategies for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Conduct candidate assessments, screening interviews, and qualification reviews.
- Facilitate interview processes, feedback calibration, and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner with HR and business leaders on offer strategy, negotiations, and closing candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Talent Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct talent mapping and competitive intelligence across targeted industries and organizations.
- Develop talent communities and networking strategies to support long-term workforce needs.
- Utilize modern sourcing technologies, AI-enabled recruiting tools, CRM platforms, and talent intelligence solutions to identify and engage passive candidates.
Candidate and Hiring Manager Experience
- Deliver an exceptional experience for candidates, hiring managers, and business stakeholders.
- Build trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization.
- Drive efficient, transparent, and high-quality recruiting processes.
- Communicate proactively throughout the hiring process to ensure alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Promote KLA's employment brand and employee value proposition in the marketplace.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting technical, non-technical, or both types of talent within semiconductor, semiconductor capital equipment, advanced manufacturing, technology, aerospace, robotics, medical device, or other complex business environments.
- Proven experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholder groups in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing recruiting strategies, sourcing plans, and talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions.
- Strong communication, consulting, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
- Knowledge of talent market trends and competitive hiring practices.
- Advanced sourcing expertise utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
- Proven ability to attract and engage passive candidates across a variety of disciplines and organizational levels.
- Experience leveraging recruiting metrics and data analytics to drive hiring outcomes and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Level Degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's Level Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Base Pay Range: $87,400.00 - $148,600.00 Annually
Primary Location: USA-MI-Ann Arbor-KLA
