Your Opportunity

Reporting to the Project Manager, this role will serve as a senior technical authority and specialist advisor supporting the delivery of Light Rail Transit Projects.

The position is focused on testing & commissioning (T&C), systems integration, and operational readiness of mission-critical rail communications and control systems. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in ensuring end-to-end system functionality, supporting transition from lab environments to live operations.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide senior technical leadership and oversight for Testing & Commissioning activities
  • Support end-to-end system integration and readiness across field and head-end systems
  • Conduct device-level integration and readiness assessments (CCTV, SCADA, communications)
  • Support cutover activities including network transitions, upgrades, and migrations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues
  • Conduct cybersecurity vulnerability assessments on systems
  • Review test procedures, reports, and commissioning documentation
  • Provide reporting on system readiness and integration progress
  • Interface with client, PMO, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Support audit, compliance, and documentation activities

Your Capabilities and Credentials
  • Expertise in rail communications systems (SCADA, CCTV, networking)
  • Experience with testing & commissioning and systems integration
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and OT environments
  • Experience with cutover and live system transitions
  • Familiarity with industry standards (CENELEC, IEC, etc.)

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 15+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in major rail/transit infrastructure projects
  • Strong background in T&C and systems integration

Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
