What is the opportunity?

As a Senior QE within Personal Banking and Credit Technology, you will be working within Agile Labs, managing deliverables and QE resources to implement QE best practices, build test strategies and deliver/execute on test automation, leveraging AI for high value use cases.

Your involvement will be in all phases of the software development process including requirements analysis, estimation, design analysis, resource management, planning and implementation of automated test coverage and AI leverage, integration with DevOps pipelines to achieve Continuous Integration and no-touch deployments.

What will you do?
  • Overall planning and execution of QE work within the assigned project.
  • Owning design, implementation and maintenance of comprehensive test coverage for software products assigned to the Project, including automation implementation.
  • Leading design and implementation of Test Automation Solutions to meet test coverage needs
  • Adoption of available Automation products and suites.
  • Leading integration of adopted Test Automation into DevOps pipeline to achieve successful delivery into Production:
  • Leverage AI for all high value use cases within the QE process, AI development Life Cycle
  • Conduct peer and product owner reviews, facilitate signoff, handover to maintenance
  • Documentation and maintenance of completed implementations
  • Performing other tasks as directed by the manager


What do you need to succeed?

Must-have
  • Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related (technical) degree/diploma and relevant 6+ years in the field of Quality Engineering/Quality Assurance with 2+ years in the Lead role
  • Previous/current hands on experience in test case design and test automation
  • Experience in Level-based testing (unit, component/service, integration, and end to end/user scenarios levels)
  • Test Automation/Development background, including Test Automation frameworks design and implementation
  • Leverage AI to deliver on high value use cases within ADLC
  • Technology Profile: Postman, Cucumber, GitHub Actions, GitHubEnterprise Scripting: Java, Playwright, SQL DBs, JIRA, Confluence, qTest.


Nice-to-have
  • Knowledge in banking products
  • Experience with Java/ Java Script.
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams.
  • Experience with GitHub Copilot
