Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to drive end-to-end quality through close collaboration with developers, product owners, and key stakeholders. The role will focus on defining, implementing, and championing quality practices across the software development lifecycle while supporting the delivery of reliable, secure, accessible, and high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze, design, test, and deliver technology solutions while implementing comprehensive software quality assurance strategies.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts.
• Develop, maintain, and execute manual test scripts.
• Support the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to execute automated test scripts on scheduled runs.
• Perform end-to-end testing across applications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate complete business and technical flows.
• Document, track, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects in collaboration with product delivery teams.
• Ensure quality is incorporated throughout the software development lifecycle by participating in peer reviews and applying relevant quality assurance processes and technologies.
• Develop and communicate software quality measures covering reliability, compliance, accessibility, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with delivery partners to align software quality assurance activities with product delivery approaches and schedules.
• Provide manual and automated testing services for strategic and high-priority applications.
• Design, develop, and debug medium- to complex-level automation scripts using established test automation best practices.
• Support testing activities in Agile and cloud-based delivery environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, automation frameworks, and quality engineering practices.
• Work collaboratively with development and product teams to promote effective quality practices and successful delivery outcomes.

Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of relevant software quality engineering or testing experience.
• 5+ years of experience working as a Senior Quality Engineer or in a comparable senior-level quality engineering role.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of directly related education and experience.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Cypress and Selenium.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Java.
• Experience working with a cloud provider such as AWS.
• Experience with UI and API automation for web applications.
• Broad and in-depth understanding of software quality assurance and testing practices.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and software testing methodologies.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and make sound technical decisions.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Agile and cloud-based software delivery environments.
• Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Experience applying test automation best practices and developing scalable automation frameworks.
• Experience working closely with application development teams in collaborative delivery environments.
• Experience balancing technical constraints, priorities, and delivery commitments.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and testing practices quickly.
