This opportunity is ideal for an experienced QA professional who enjoys building comprehensive test strategies, combining manual and automated testing, and improving software quality across large-scale initiatives.
What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities - Develop test plans, test cases, and QA/UAT processes from business requirements.
- Design and execute manual and automated tests, including regression, smoke, system integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Create and maintain test automation scripts using established automation guidelines.
- Identify defects, document issues, and coordinate resolutions with technical and business teams.
- Review and provide guidance on test plans, test scripts, and test reports.
- Maintain defect tracking and ensure adherence to software testing governance and best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, stakeholders, and project leadership to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
- 5+ years translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios.
- 3+ years of experience with the Sahi Pro or Selenium automation framework.
- Experience designing and developing automated test scripts.
- Working knowledge of one quality framework: SPICE, TPI, TMMI, or CMMI (OPF, OPD, or PPQA).
- Hands-on experience with formal test design techniques, including Equivalence Class Partitioning and Pairwise Analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or healthcare field, or 5+ years of equivalent Quality Assurance experience.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting large enterprise or e-business systems.
- Medicaid or broader healthcare industry experience.
- Knowledge of X12 standards and HIPAA EDI transactions.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience working in both Waterfall SDLC and Agile environments.
- Experience with PICT or equivalent orthogonal test design tools.
