This is an
onsite position located in Toronto, ON. What You Will Do- Oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring high standards of service, maintenance, and resident satisfaction.
- Manage resident relations, addressing requests, complaints, emergencies, and retention/lease renewal initiatives.
- Supervise, coach, and train site staff while supporting performance management and policy compliance.
- Manage property financial performance, including budgets, expenses, revenue, financial reporting, and capital planning.
- Oversee leasing, rent collection, arrears, applications, renewals, and resident move-in/move-out processes.
- Monitor market conditions, rental rates, competitors, and revenue opportunities to support property performance.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, capital projects, vendors, contracts, inspections, and preventative maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, company policies, health and safety standards, and emergency procedures.
- Maintain accurate property records and documentation, using property management systems and conducting regular audits.
- Support sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency, environmental safety, and community engagement.
Who You AreKey Qualifications - Experience - 3+ years of related experience with residential property management, combined with a strong service ethic commitment.
- Education - Preference for post-secondary education in real estate and/or CPM designation.
- Computer Skills - Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of Yardi required.
- Knowledge - A complete understanding of all applicable laws, legislation, and rights concerning resident / landlord relations.
