Hudson Rouge is looking for a Senior Project Manager

Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end execution, strategic planning, and operational oversight for the Lincoln Access Rewards (LAR) program. This role is responsible for driving the lifecycle of LAR's tri-annual luxury Rewards Collections, managing high-level client and vendor relationships, and overseeing cross-functional delivery across strategy, creative, legal, development, and inventory teams.

What you'll do:

Strategic Program Planning & Roadmap Management
  • Annual Scoping & Strategic Alignment: Partner with senior leadership and strategy teams to establish yearly project roadmaps, scope requirements, and align collection strategies with broader brand loyalty goals.
  • Luxury Rewards Collection Execution: Direct the end-to-end operational lifecycle for three (3) seasonal Rewards Collections per year, effectively managing overlapping production timelines across health & wellness, culinary, travel, and merchandise categories.
  • Briefing & Discovery: Collaborate directly with client partners to author, refine, and finalize "Day Zero" project briefs to set creative and operational parameters.
  • Curation & Ideation Leadership: Partner with internal strategy teams and external vendors to lead reward ideation, providing data-driven recommendations on reward selection, tiering, and price-point balancing.
  • Stakeholder & Meeting Facilitation: Drive alignment across internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders by leading recurring status calls, managing project governance, and distributing actionable executive summaries.

Creative & Digital Asset Lifecycle Management
  • Omnichannel Production Oversight: Manage creative development for all program touchpoints, including digital marketplace, downloadable Lookbooks, and physical collateral (e.g., LAR placemats, trifold brochures, and digital brochures).
  • Governance & Legal Routing: Direct creative assets through formal review workflows, securing timely sign-offs from Product, Proofreading, Legal, and Brand Compliance teams.
  • Usage Rights & Art Procurement: Coordinate usage rights, licensing terms, and stock image purchasing in partnership with internal Art Buying specialists.
  • Development Hand-Off & Technical Alignment: Oversee technical hand-off processes to digital development teams. Supervise webgrid approvals, asset deliveries, and the systematic sunsetting/removal of expired rewards.

Vendor, Partner & Inventory Management
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary operational Point of Contact (POC) for all reward vendors and merchant partners; facilitate weekly vendor alignment calls.
  • Portfolio Optimization: Continuously analyze performance to recommend structural reward updates, re-promotions, and carryover reward strategies; maintain master tracking sheets for client alignment.
  • Inventory & Fulfillment Oversight: Monitor weekly inventory health, manage reorders, establish streamlined internal inventory processes, and mitigate supply chain risks.

Project Governance, Operations & Tracking
  • Workflow Automation & Tracking: Direct and maintain team project management systems (Monday.com), ensuring real-time tracking for all collection updates, inventory workflows, and creative assets.
  • Client Account Management: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for all collection-related client inquiries, addressing requests, and managing scope changes smoothly.

What you'll need:
  • Experience: 5+years of project management experience within a marketing agency, corporate marketing department, or retail communications environment.
  • Owner Loyalty/Luxury Rewards Experience across automotive, retail or hospitality
  • Expertise in enterprise project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Jira).
  • Exceptional organizational, scheduling, and risk mitigation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, track resource burn, and control vendor costs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage up, down, and across matrixed teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail regarding legal disclaimers, brand standards, and production specifications.
