Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading at least one end-to-end Transfer Agency conversion project (mandatory).
• 10+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Transfer Agency operations and related business processes.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, and third-party vendors.
• Proven ability to work effectively with senior executives and business leaders.
• Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working within a matrix organization.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive delivery without direct authority.
• PMP certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more workstreams within a large-scale Transfer Agency conversion initiative.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, RAID logs, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Coordinate business, operations, technology, and vendor teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project governance activities and provide regular updates to senior leadership and Steering Committees.
• Facilitate project meetings, manage action items, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to support planning, testing, implementation, and operational readiness.
• Influence stakeholders across a complex matrix organization while driving accountability and execution.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
