SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental (SSE) is seeking Senior Project Managers to provide project management and general engineering support to the U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii (USAG Hawaii) Hawaii Infrastructure Task Force (HITF) on Oahu, Hawaii.
The Senior Project Manager will support the planning, design, and construction of potable water infrastructure repair, replacement, modernization, and capital improvement projects from initiation through commissioning. Each Project Manager will oversee a portfolio of projects and coordinate with HITF leadership, the Directorate of Public Works, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and other project stakeholders.
What You'll Do:- Support infrastructure projects through planning, design, construction, and commissioning.
- Manage a portfolio of potable water utility repair, replacement, modernization, and capital improvement projects across multiple sites on Oahu.
- Develop programming documentation, including DD Form 1391 and DA Form 4283 (Facilities Engineering Work Request), as required.
- Organize and participate in project planning and design charrettes.
- Conduct technical reviews of concept, mid-design, and final design packages for compliance with applicable Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), USAG Hawaii requirements, Army standards, and applicable codes.
- Participate in project synchronization meetings with the Directorate of Public Works (DPW), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and other stakeholders.
- Support cost, schedule, finance, and administrative analysis associated with assigned projects.
- Provide ancillary real estate support, as required, including research and assessment of easements, leases, licenses, and other project-related real estate instruments.
- Maintain required project records and contribute to recurring project and status reporting.
What You Bring:Required:
- Senior-level project management capability supporting infrastructure, engineering, design, construction, or facilities projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate project requirements, schedules, technical reviews, and stakeholder activities.
- Ability to review engineering and design documentation for compliance with applicable project criteria, standards, and codes.
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
- Must reside on Oahu or be willing to relocate to Oahu to support frequent on-site project visits, in-person meetings, and planning/design charrettes.
- Must be able to satisfy applicable installation access, background screening, identity verification, and Common Access Card (CAC) requirements, as required for assigned duties.
Preferred:
- Prior experience supporting military infrastructure and facilities repair projects and/or Military Construction (MILCON) projects.
This position is located on Oahu, Hawaii, and operates in a hybrid work environment. Personnel may perform certain duties remotely; however, this position requires residence on Oahu and frequent in-person availability at designated project sites, synchronization meetings, and planning/design charrettes.
Normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding recognized federal holidays and Government-directed facility closures.
