• Professional Land Surveyor License required
• Local residency in New Jersey is essential for market understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of operations, including staffing and budget management.
• Collaborate with leaders to execute localized growth strategies.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team across Survey and SUE services.
• Act as the main contact for client relations, ensuring high service standards.
• Partner with business development to pursue new market opportunities.
